Hi, I'm Faustina.
AI automation consultant and designer, helping small businesses save time and look professional without hiring a full team.
For fourteen years I worked across both the private and public sectors. I did the repetitive admin, the data entry, the filing, the chasing of people who had not replied. Later I did the marketing content, the websites, the social media, the customer service. I have done most of the jobs I now help people automate, which is why I am hard to sell a tool to. I want to know what it takes off your plate.
I have always wanted to do more with my skills and my time than move information from one place to another. In 2026, AI finally got good enough that an ordinary business owner could use it without a technical background, and I could not stop thinking about how much of the work I used to do by hand no longer needs doing at all.
So I built this. My aim is to teach as many people as possible how these tools actually work, in plain language, and to build the systems for the ones who would rather not do it themselves. No jargon, no gatekeeping, and nothing hidden behind an email form.
